  • 1. What is “Login”? How do I update my information?
  • It is easy to update your Shophunk Login account and view your orders any time through 'Login’ 'Login' allow you to have complete control over your transactions on Shophunk.

  • 2. How do I know if my order is placed successfully?
  • Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from Shophunk.com. This mail will have all the details related to your order, your Reference id No., listing of all the items you have ordered and expected delivery time and shipping details. Order details can also be viewed at Login in Shophunk website.

  • 3. Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
  • No, Bulk orders cannot be placed only 5 items at a time can be placed through Shophunk.com as the website only caters to end customers

  • 4. Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
  • Yes you can order only if your previous order has not reached the payment gateway process

  • 5. I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?
  • You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order

  • 6) I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
  • Please check your bank/ credit card account to first ensure whether your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business day, please check with your bank for more details.

  • 1) What payment methods do you accept?
  • We support the following payment options:

  • 2) Is it safe to shop online using my debit card or credit card?
  • All credit card, debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here!

  • 3) What is the process for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?
  • COD option is available only for few items in Shophunk.com; you can always opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card. In case you don't have a Net Banking or Debit Card options please contact your bank for Debit Card/Credit Card issue.

  • 4) What should I do if my payment fails?

  • Yes, we are one of the very few online shopping sites in India that doesn’t create geographical boundaries in the world of fashion.

  • 6) What steps does Shophunk take to prevent card fraud?
  • Shophunk realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payment Gateway partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag the potentially fraudulent transactions which is done manually by our team.
  • This happens rarely, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The identity documents of customers help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers in lieu of fraudulent Prevention and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.

  • 1) How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?
  • We deliver most of our orders within 7 working days from the order date. You can find out how long we will need to deliver your order by login to your specific id, you can track the status of your product.
  • Sometimes, delivery may take longer time due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

  • 2) Are there any Shipping charges applicable?
  • Yes, Shipping Charges are applicable and a charge varies with the type of product you order.

  • 3) How do I check the status of my order?
  • You can check the status of your order anytime. All you need to do is just login and with the help of tracker Id no. track the status of the order. Still in query, just call up our customer care executive, there are there to help you.

  • 4) I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?
  • We, at Shophunk take immense pride in being lightening fast. The current logistics infrastructure in India today doesn't allow us to expedite further at this time.

  • Shophunk.com promises to provide you a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all precautions are taken so that your package reaches you scathe less. We take pride in delivering product on time and if you have shopped with us earlier, we are of course confident that you already vouch for us.

  • Estimated Delivery Time

  • Your order will reach your doorsteps within 7 Business days*. Estimated delivery date may vary and are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
  • Sometimes, delivery may take longer time due to bad weather conditions, delay of flights, political disruptions or any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by and inform you by E-mailing the enroute of your Product delivery.
  • *Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and State holidays.

  • Courier
  • 1) How does the delivery process work?
  • All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers like Blue Dart, DTDC. You will receive an email from our Shophunk.com in which we will provide you a reference number and a tracker-id number wherein you can track the progress of your product.

  • 2) How are items packed?
  • Products sold by Shophunk.com are shipped in waterproof plastic wrap packages. Fragile items like electronics are safely secured with bubble wrap.
  • 3) Are in-transit products insured?
  • Only electronic items are insured against theft and damages incurred during transit.

  • Cancellations & Returns
  • 1) What is Shophunk.com’s 30 days returns policy?
  • If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with the product that you have received, you can return your order to us within 30 working days from the date of receiving the order. We mean what we say!! All you need to do is give us a call on (080) 6768 3698 or drop an Email at info@shophunk.com within a period of 30 days from the date of your order.
  • However you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either so the products must be returned in sealable condition with tags intact. We will appreciate it if you send us the products in unwashed and undamaged condition.
  • Refund or replacement for goods is subject to inspection and checking by Shophunk.com and 5% of the amount will be deducted from the total amount.
  • Replacement is done only when we found the claim of customer is correct.
  • If we are unable to replace the product we will provide credit points for the same.
  • Damages caused due to neglect or improper usage will not be covered under our 30 days return policy.
  • For goods bought on discount, the refund will be through Shophunk Gift or discount Coupons or with similar offer for different product.

  • 2)How do I can cancel my order?
  • You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped than you can courier or send us back to our address within 30 working days from the date of your order.

  • 3) How will I receive my refund?
  • If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Shophunk Credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account. Shophunk Credits can be utilized by you on a future purchase on the website.

  • 4) How long will the refund process take?
  • Typically refund process takes place less than 10 working days. However it depends on the mode of payment you have chosen.

  • 6) How do I return the product?
  • You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps. However, do give us a call and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of return:
  • 1) Place your item in its original packaging.
  • 2) Please mention your Name, Tracker ID Number, Reference Number and Mobile Number, on top of the box, and insert the original invoice.
  • 3) Make sure to seal it properly before sending to us.

  • 7) I was charged shipping charges for my order. If I return my order, will I get back my shipping charge along with the refund?
  • Yes, Shipping charges are refunded

  • 8) I was supposed to receive my refund by now but I haven't. What do I do?
  • We update our customers through emails at every step of the returns process so please check for the last update from us in your email. If the last update states that the refund has already been initiated please wait for the refund process to complete. Depending on the mode of refund, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary.   • 9) I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?
  • Please call to our Customer care support to cancel your request and we will do the needful, in case if we have already dispatched the replacement product, you can just reject it when it is delivered to you.
